Northrop Grumman Air Dominance Division is seeking a Manager of Program Control 2 who is responsible for stand up and execution of Program performance reporting, analysis, compliance, and financial reporting. Position is a key interface with the program leadership team, division and sector business management leadership and homerooms, integrated product teams, control account managers, DCAA/DCMA, Internal and External Audit organizations, as well as all other business personnel. Responsibilities include Earned Value Management (EVM) deliverables, Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Profit Analysis / Return on Sales, and Proposal Support. This position is also accountable for EAC and Risk/Opportunity Assessment, Program Baselines and Integrated Baseline Reviews, Auditory Compliance and Surveillances, as well as IPMR/IPMDARs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs. They will partner with Business leadership and supervise a group of Program Cost and Schedule Analysts.

Basic Qualifications

7 years of experience with a Bachelors or 5 years of experience with a Masters.

Must have an active Secret DoD clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Salary Range: $112,700.00 - $169,100.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
