The Program Execution Manager will work with leadership and peers within Physicians Group of Texas (PGT), Kelsey-Seybold, and affiliated providers and business partners to ensure the successful completion of programs, projects, and implementations. S/he will design and lead the program operations strategy for department initiatives, ensuring the team and processes are structured to support project demand with a focus on delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, with high customer satisfaction. S/he will create and oversee processes to receive, document, prioritize, and assign new projects, and will align to PMO best practices and procedures where appropriate.
The Program Execution Manager is a remote position with up to 15% travel required.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare project management, IT project management, or other PMO/program management-based roles or 5 years of experience as a Project Management Manager with direct reports
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects including direct management of project managers
  • Strong knowledge of standard PMO practices, methodologies, project metrics, and KPIs
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Thinks broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and operational activities
  • Supports individuals and teams in process excellence, project management, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and value creation to drive toward an outcome
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project tools
  • Demonstrated a history of excellent facilitation and influence skills, working with stakeholders at all levels. Build trust and respect with key stakeholders preferred
