The highly qualified Manager Project Management Office we seek will:
- Develop, implement and provide guidance related to the Project Management Office processes and policies.
- Oversee the work and mentor Project Management Office staff, which includes Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Manage day-to-day activities in the Project Management Office to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements.
- Develop and lead governance processes and methodologies, including Project Intake and Project Prioritization.
- Oversee major initiatives, with a predominance of technology-related projects.
- Maintain excellent communication with Senior Management and other department leaders across the organization to define, prioritize, and develop programs and projects.
Requirements
Requirements for the Manager Project Management Office:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or directly related area.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management or Business Process Management and five (5) years of experience in a managerial position.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in overseeing and leading technology initiatives (e.g. infrastructure and applications projects).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
