What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

• \u0026nbsp;Act as \u0026ldquo;our customer\u0026rsquo;s best service provider\u0026rdquo; at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer\u0026rsquo;s first choice for service.

• Provide coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.

• Schedule and follow up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts.

• Meet monthly to discuss expiring contracts and to review upcoming PM visits.

• Book jobs, change orders,\u0026nbsp; process invoices and create service tickets in Dynamics.

• Request COI\u0026rsquo;s through Proofs Direct.

• Generate sales orders, invoices and material purchase orders for projects.

• Track material.

• Stock transfers.

• Receive vendor invoices.

• Process credit card payments.

• Send out Monthly statement to customers.

• DMV renewals.

• Up-keep On-Call calendar.

• Answer phones.

• Shipping \u0026 receiving.

• Verify all W-9\u0026rsquo;s \u0026 COI\u0026rsquo;s for subs.\u0026nbsp;

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:

\u0026nbsp;Education: High School Diploma

\u0026nbsp;Minimum Experience: 0-3 years in a similar role.
