Portfolio and Compliance Manager

The expectation as a Portfolio and Compliance Manager that is understanding of all verticals mainly transaction and facility management with risk and control respectively and some understanding of premise financials.
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
Good communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supports the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of all Citi Corporate Real Estate interests globally.
+ Responsible for assisting the Country Head in managing the work flow of the department, serving as Special Projects Specialist. Will provide project support to Citi Location and Realty Services (CLRS) organization including research and analysis work.
+ Analyze and interpret all newly-executed lease documents.
+ Manage the collection of Commencement Date Agreements.
+ Monitor critical lease dates and responsible for coordinating responses relative to renewals, expansions, terminations, etc.
+ Research and respond to all lease-related questions.
+ Monitor sub-tenant account details for non payments and late payments. Investigate and resolve collection issues.
+ Serve as a liaison between landlord and Citi with regard to executed lease terms and conditions.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
+ Attend 30-hour complaince training course of Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance to get certification and then support function of Compliance and Risk Control within CLRS.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10-15 years relevant experience in Lease Administration, Potfolio Management, or Asset Management of real estate.
+ Good PC skills and analytical and problem-solving skill set.
+ Good organization skills and sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
+ Good communication skills, both written and oral.
**Education:**
+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
