Combines both company and business strategies to help create and execute a coherent and dynamic compensation philosophy and strategy. Through analysis and research on competitive practices, ensures Discover\u0027s pay programs are aligned with Discover\u0027s strategy and industry practices and designed are to attract, retain, and motivate our employees.
