Manages external resources, including research vendors and other agencies. Writes consumer questionnaires, conducts quantitative and qualitative customer research, and prepares business recommendations supported by facts. Acts as an internal business strategy consultantidentifying patterns or themes and driving business actions based on fact-based recommendations.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis position is a primary research/consumer insights and strategy position, not a marketing role. Those with strong, custom research backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Vendor and/or client side market research experience is required. Proven ability to evaluate/recommend various quantitative and qualitative research techniques, influence research design, develop surveys, clearly write and present learnings and recommendations. Specific experience in advertising and media effectiveness research is a plus.\u003C/p\u003E Responsibilities \u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EHelps frame business problems and works with business partners to develop marketing and business strategies or experiences and hypotheses to test in research with consumers. Helps partners understand how best to leverage research to drive better business decisions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrepares and delivers research findings reports, graphically illustrating data and translating complex findings into written text.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborates with internal and external partners, such as creative agencies and digital design agencies to develop hypothesis-driven stimulus to test in research. Manages research vendors, such as contract negotiation and developing and directing the vendors\u0027 work.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EGathers and analyzes data on consumer behaviors, preferences, attitudes, needs, industry trends and/or competitors.
