Works with the client servicing teams, leadership, and executive leadership teams in Global Operations to assess any operational gaps and provides strategic solutions while keeping up with industry best practices and giving client focus the top priority. Leads infrastructure platform design by delivering business requirements to development teams and ensuring platforms perform to their expectations.\u003C/p\u003E Responsibilities \u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrepares clear and concise communications to internal and external business partners and senior management regarding initiatives, breakdowns, and achievements.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIdentifies and coordinates operational gaps/possibilities within the Infrastructure platforms, Operations processes, and customer interactions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESupports deep-level infrastructure platform (design, system-level requirements/interfaces, etc.)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EActs as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client-facing teams (Operations Client Support, Global Business Development, Solutions, Products, etc.)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsures Infrastructure needs are identified and prioritized with the Operations Process Review.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELiaises and champions between client-facing and Infrastructure teams to ensure that impacts of new and/or enhancements to infrastructure platforms are clearly understood, incorporating items such as Voice of the Customer (VOC), Payments industry alignment/ alignment/awareness, and/or go-to market implications.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEstablishes framework and facilitates Infrastructure Services and Client Support collaboration opportunities at varying levels of the organization.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAssesses and implements a rotational model within the Infrastructure Services Digital, Authorization, Partners, and Support teams.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConducts analytics to find the business impact and solution for strategic customer- impacting incidents/requests.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E Minimum Qualifications \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAt a minimum, here\u0027s what we need from you:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in Business, Finance, International Affairs, Tech, Communications, Marketing, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E4\u002B years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIn lieu of a degree, 6\u002B years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E Preferred Qualifications \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIf we had our say, we\u0027d also look for:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E6\u002B years of experience in Payments, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESplunk knowledge manager certification\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESAFe (Scale Agile Framework)understands Agile and SAFe principles and Product Owner responsibilities\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBasics Teradata\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESQL\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants - with respect.
