Come help Amazon create and deploy cutting edge new technologies that help us delight our customers by delivering packages faster than ever before. You will partner closely with your counterparts in Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, Lockers and many more new initiatives and lead a team of product managers to deliver solutions to meet unique needs to our international customers. Your work will have direct impact not only on Amazon€™s end customers, but also on large number of delivery partners who deliver packages for us. The Role
We are looking for a dynamic product leader to own and drive expansion of Flex in new countries and business model . You will set long-term strategy and vision for international expansion, collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders (e.g. legal, tax, operations, finance, HR) to define Flex€™s operating model, develop scalable mechanism to understand customer needs world-wide and deliver products and solutions that delight Amazon Customer and Delivery Partners.

The right candidate will possess a well-rounded product background and a track record on defining and launching large products / programs. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will be able to support your team in anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints. You will be responsible for creating the right organizational structure for your area, hiring and developing strong talent and developing a culture of fast pace innovation and delivery. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Specifically, this leader will:

1. Define a multi-year product vision and strategy to meet the needs of various businesses we support.
2. Evaluate technology choices while balancing between regulatory constraints, time to market, cost, scale, and customer experience.
3. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and iterative development.
4. Evangelize product vision among multiple Amazon teams and influence them to deliver on specific capabilities needed to accomplish team€™s goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline.
· 8+ years of professional experience with consistent career progression in high pace roles.
· 4+ years of experience in software product management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master€™s Degree in Business, Science or Engineering.
· Demonstrated history of creative/big thinking and ability to present ideas to senior executives by way of exceptional verbal and written skills.
· Exemplary program management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment.
· Background in strategy consulting or finance.
