**Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Information Technology Product Support Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Logistics Support organization. This leadership role is located in Palmdale, CA.**

The Information Technology (IT) Product Support Manager performs oversight of the technical planning, scheduling, integration, maintenance and sustainment of complex IT systems/networks to the customer. Reviews status of projects, budgets, cost and schedule performance, and well as risk management; manages schedules and prepares status reports for program leadership (internal and external). Responsible for the IT statement of work in relation to program execution by ensuring issues and projects are on schedule and prioritized accordingly. Supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for requirements gathering, definition and evaluation for current contracts and proposals
+ Acts as the primary point of communication between PMO and execution team managers
+ Monitors the quality and timeliness of work products
+ Ensures adherence to process, leveraging or creating best practices
+ Provides task management and team guidance based on customer priorities and program objectives

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Must have a Bachelor of Science degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in product support, OR a Masters degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in product support.
+ Must have demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and developing cross functional teams of varying degrees of skill on complex technical projects.
+ Must have experience executing the engineering project life cycle, including: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, validation, verification, and sustainment.
+ Must have demonstrated interest in process improvement initiatives and risk management.
+ Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors.
+ Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
+ An active Top Secret Clearance and current Special Program Access
+ Cost Account Management (CAM) certified

Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
