Professional Services Engineer - Remote New England Geography

Install, configure, and support customer deployments of the ATEC LTA-350/LTA-450 Teller Cash Recyclers, associated middleware software (BranchWare, Dynacash, CashWare, etc) and the Hyosung line of ATMs and Advanced ATMs (NBS) terminals.

Serve as PS Lead for assigned Hyosung NBS projects, attend weekly project calls. Working with Hyosung PS and Hyosung Support, provide installation and post-installation support to customer and ensure follow-up on open issues and successful completion of Hyosung NBS terminal projects.\u0026nbsp;

Function as a subject matter expert for the ATEC and Hyosung products, providing support to customers and Level 2 support to the BranchServ service organization as needed.\u0026nbsp; As required provide support to the Dealer Channel for the ATEC product line.\u0026nbsp;

On a rotational basis, provide technical support for our Automation Technicians; this would include troubleshooting and reviewing diagnostic logs/system data to determine the appropriate corrective action(s).\u0026nbsp; If needed, open an escalation ticket with Hyosung, ATEC, or third party \u0026ldquo;software provider\u0026rsquo;s\u0026rdquo; Engineering team and manage the issues until the terminal is fully operational.\u0026nbsp;

Work with the Customers Business Managers and IT groups in developing the necessary work to integrate our solution fully; this will also require, at times working with the customer host network/teller application provider on configuring the terminal to ensure all features and functions are operational.\u0026nbsp;


Organize and lead LTA-380/LTA-450 TCR Level 1 Service Training classes as needed

Provide Technical Feedback to both the Director of Professional Services and Hyosung/ATEC for the purposed of identifying systemic issues that would require a Hotfix or other Hardware correction to optimize terminal performance and minimize Customer impact.
