 Are you a highly organized, strategic project planner and project manager looking to join a team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers? Do you have a background in and a passion for global marketing and communications work, and do you excel when managing multiple priorities, projects, and tasks?

 We are looking for a Global Marketing and Communications Program and Project Manager who will support and advance the priorities of the Global Marketing and Communications (GMAC) Team, serving as a key connection and coordination point among priority projects, campaigns and initiatives, and providing excellent logistical and project planning support to the strategic work of GMAC leadership.

 Reporting to the GMAC Operations Team, the Program and Project Manager understands and tracks the key milestones and broad plans for the GMAC Team’s highest priority cross-cutting campaigns, maintaining a full view of existing or needed connection and coordination points among those campaigns, facilitating those connections where needed, and reporting out to leadership formally and informally on a regular basis. Additionally, they coordinate and support the regular meetings of the GMAC leadership teams, including meeting planning, facilitation, note-taking and follow up, and are responsible for understanding, tracking, and helping to advance the leadership team’s goals and priorities.



The Global Marketing and Communications Program and Project Manager develops, maintains, and tracks a comprehensive view of the details of priority projects led by various teams within the GMAC group. They engage with senior leadership to facilitate communication and connection across teams, functions, and projects to ensure that priorities and milestones are coordinated and aligned and ensure that project status is regularly and proactively communicated to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) and GMAC leadership. They develop and deliver briefing information to the CMCO, and create communications updates, reports, and presentations. They proactively and creatively problem-solve when needed.


Additionally, they serve as the strategic coordinator of the GMAC leadership teams. They lead logistics, planning, facilitation, and follow up for regular meetings of GMAC leadership, and are responsible for driving forward key priorities established by leadership through effective project management.



  •   Serve as a key connection point across GMAC priority projects, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring that projects are aligned and coordinated, and that project status is proactively and regularly communicated to GMAC leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the strategic coordinator for the GMAC leadership teams, including managing all logistics, planning, facilitation, and follow up for regular meetings of GMAC leadership.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding and tracking of the scope and key details of the highest priority, cross-cutting work of the GMAC Team.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of GMAC strategies, and lead the coordination of strategic planning exercises.
  • Coordinate the tracking of KPI’s and various reporting needs on progress against GMAC strategy.
  • Serve as project manager on key GMAC projects of various scope and size.
  • Distill complex information and data into concise, visual-forward materials.
  • Create high-quality materials—including updates, briefings, presentations, and reports in various formats—to communicate project status and other key information to the CMCO and GMAC leadership teams.
  • Drives reporting to ensure leaders have visibility into project status and information to guide prioritization across key workstreams.
  • Act as a trusted thought-partner for GMAC Operations Team colleagues.
  • May supervise one or more professional staff and/or intern



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Communications or related area and a minimum 7 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with marketing, digital media and/or communications strategy, planning, and project management.
  • Experience in developing and presenting marketing strategies and plans.
  • Experience in client/multi-stakeholder project management, including measuring results of plans and programs.
  • Experienced and skilled in developing senior executive level presentations.



  • Multi-lingual skills appreciated.
  • Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience preferred.
  • Experience leading in a team-based environment with internal and/or external partners.
  • Understanding of setting and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) on projects or programs.
  • Ability and comfort working in partnership with all levels of staff in a collaborative or advisory role.
  • Deep expertise in strategic marketing planning and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and upward management skills.
  • Strategic, motivated self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Informed, engaged, and enthusiastic about current and evolving trends in marketing and communications.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write creatively for various audiences and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing visual-forward, well-designed briefings, reports, or other materials.
  • Strong and persuasive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate ideas in a compelling manner.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and/or meeting management.
  • Positive, solution-oriented outlook.
