**Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems** has an opening for a **Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3)** to join our F-35 team. This position will be located in **Redondo Beach, CA** and offers the flexibility of a hybrid telecommute schedule with 2-3 days in office weekly.

**Roles and Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:**

+ Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
+ Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
+ Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
+ Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
+ Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), customer EVM reporting, set up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
+ Run reports of actuals cost incurred and prepare reports to compare the variance between budgeted work and actual cost incurred.
+ Maintain earned value compliance including cost/schedule integration
+ Lead the preparation and submittal of monthly IPMR SDRLs (Formats 1-7)
+ Interface with Program and Functional/Business Management to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.
+ Effectively communicate with leadership and customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverables.

**Basic Qualifications for Level 2:**

+ Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience or a Master's degree with 1 year experience in Finance, Accounting, Business management and/or industry related fields.
+ Experience with Financial analysis, large data sets and/or EVMS
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel including Pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
+ Ability to work on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA

**Basic Qualifications for Level 3:**

+ Bachelor's degree with 6 years' experience or a Master's degree with 4 year experience in Finance, Accounting, Business management and/or industry related fields.
+ Experience with Financial analysis, large data sets and/or EVMS
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel including Pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
+ Ability to work on site daily in Redondo Beach, CA

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance or related areas
+ Manufacturing knowledge
+ Aerospace/Defense Industry experience

Salary Range: $68,100.00 - $102,100.00Salary Range 2: $83,800.00 - $125,800.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
