PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Supply Ontario is seeking a Program Management Analyst who will provide support to program management activities across the continuum from strategic to operational that ensures alignment with its mandate and business requirements.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Program Management Analysts to ensure projects are in alignment with business goals. Working with the project delivery teams, you will assist to review scope, issues, risks, progress and schedule changes that may impact deliverables.

In this role, your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Supporting project teams in planning and strategy discussions on the best approach for addressing risks and issues.
  • Developing reports of all agency programs/projects to project stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support and training to staff on methodologies and best practices to strengthen the organization’s capacity in project and program management.

Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a project/program management environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field, or related degree or diploma and relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of program analysis and performance measurement methods and techniques, including the development and reporting of output and outcome-based performance measures, and establishing baselines and setting targets.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies to assist project teams in managing risks and developing risk management frameworks to minimize occurrence of issues.
  • Analytical skills to summarize and synthesize complex material into comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio, Power BI) and other internal applications, as required.
