Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of three years of experience in project management to include establishing a project charter/roadmap, resource allocation, and monitoring performance and quality metrics.

This position reports to the Chief, Program Management Office of Facilities & Infrastructure Management Division (FIMD) in Internal Services Department. Employee in this class is directly responsible for the oversight of construction and renovation projects, scope and lifecycle as well as tracking, monitoring, coordination of workflow of assignments and documentation from the planning and initiation phase through execution, ensuring adherence to project budget and close out. General responsibilities include planning, analyzing, reporting, and coordination of work completed by technical professionals, outside contractors, consultants, and construction managers for the delivery of the projects.
