We're hiring a senior-level Program Manager to join the Forum One Team in Arlington, VA! Successful candidates for these roles are consummate, experienced professionals that will lead a five year, multi-million dollar IT contract within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) family of agencies. The program manager will lead the project from conception to completion in the areas of Drupal website development, operations and maintenance, and the development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise IT systems that promote and protect public health, safety, and technological innovation. 

*This position is dependent upon the awarding of the contract which is expected in February/March 2021*

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for coordinating the work activity of management and technical personnel and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and managing subordinates and subcontractors.

• Responsible for the overall contract performance.

• Organize resources to support multiple concurrent projects and manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects.

• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.

• Conduct oral and written communications with all levels of management for planning and control of projects.

• Communicate with all levels of Government management personnel, other contract personnel, and customer agency representatives.

• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.

What you bring to the table:

• 12+ years of related functional experience

• Bachelor's Degree

• U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with the ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance

What would be nice: 

• PMP Certification

• Involvement on IT projects supporting systems within HHS and/or at FDA preferred

• Hands-on technology experience with the ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts

• IT experience using technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Drupal, open-source technologies, Oracle, Coldfusion and/or similar technologies

• Experience leading Agile IT projects

• Agile Training or Certifications

• Experience leading large-scale Federal contracts
