The Program Manager provides vision and overall leadership of the program, responsible for managing programs and the projects contained within them to meet each initiative’s objectives and deliver value and benefits to the organization. This individual is an exemplar leader who is effective in providing strategic direction both within and across projects, coordinating interaction among teams and key stakeholders, and is the link between the program and the portfolio, as well as senior leadership, supporting the portfolio vision.

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred

Field of Study: IT, Healthcare or Business Administration. Will consider other degrees if the minimal work experience qualifications are satisfied. 

Professional Experience: 5-7 years

Project Management Experience: 5 years managing projects and leading project teams
