We are looking for a technical minded program manager to join the Bad Actor Disincentives (BAD) Team. Our team obsesses over bad actors to identify their pain points so that we can compound them in ways that result in minimal or no friction to good Sellers. In particular, this role will support a program dedicated to identifying and destroying counterfeit inventory within our global fulfillment network.

Successful candidates will be extremely comfortable with technical systems, preferably those related to logistics or fulfillment centers. Candidates will need to be able to deep dive and validate complicated data sets. This role will require a high level of judgement for risky one-way door decisions.

Long term, this role will involve partnering with software engineers and data scientists, and has a path towards product management or other more technical roles.

· Bachelor€™s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in an technical, analytical or statistics role.
· Proven working knowledge of SQL, database, and advanced Excel.
· Demonstrated experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting. Familiar with Tableau or similar BI tools
· Proven experience collaborating with business and engineering teams.
· Demonstrated analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.


· Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analyses and actionable insights.
· Experience collaborating with business, technical and engineering teams.
· Advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in program/product management.
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
