The Program Manager has the primarily responsible for leading a portfolio of operations projects. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the projects and manages all project activities including project scoping, resource planning, schedule development and management, recurring status meetings, executive sponsor meetings, risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution. The Program Manager will manage a team of cross-functional resources to achieve project deliverables on-time and within budget.


The ideal candidate has a passion for the patients we serve and a desire to improveimplantable products and business processes. The Program Manager must build strong partnerships across a global cross-functional organization.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Establish program objectives, schedule, milestones, resourcing, and budget

+ Monitor performance of cross-functional teams task completion, performance to budget and schedule

+ Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

+ Lead resolution of all identified issues, ensure robust solutions and schedule recovery

+ Coach, mentor, and challenge Engineers within the group on all technical and schedule deliverables

+ Understand and comply with company policies procedures and external standards guidance

+ Partner with internal and external experts to ensure robust technical solutions on projects

+ Leadproject decision-making using personal expertise, stakeholder input, and consultation of subject matter experts

+ Generate novel and unique solutions to both engineering and organizational challenges


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Science discipline

+ Project Management experience or PMI Certified

+ Experience with implantable medical device manufacturing

+ Working knowledge of Printed Wiring Board (PWB) microelectronics backend assembly processes (die attach, wire-bond, over-mold, surface mount assembly, routing, sawing)

+ Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems Requirements)

+ Medical device process development (IQ/OQ/PQ) and risk assessment methods (PFMEA) experience
