Canadian Orthodontic Partners has an exciting new opportunity, looking for a talented new Project Coordinator and Business Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the National Manager of COP Standards, the Business Analyst will coordinate the acquisition process ensuring timelines are met, risks are identified and managed, and the full team is aligned to the goals and expectations. They will also provide insight into operational performance by using data to investigate opportunities or issues, and work with our teams so that they have the data they need to better manage their business.

What Will you Do:

Project Coordination

  • Ensure acquisitions follow standard process
  • Coordinate cross-functional acquisition team to ensure timelines are met, risks are identified and managed, and expected outcomes are achieved
  • Follow up with all responsible parties in a timely manner to ensure tasks are completed
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally to drive projects and manage expectation
  • Prepare information and documents for decision makers to make good decisions



  • Provide or maintain weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, dashboards and decision tools
  • Analyze data to support efficient decision making and action planning.
  • Present completed tools, findings and recommended steps to the operational leadership or executive team.

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a project coordinator capacity
  • Familiarity with project management methodology or project coordination work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets, Word, Visio, Power Point, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Very detail oriented.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data.
