Micronesian Legal Services Corporation (MLSC) is seeking a Project Manager. The primary purpose of this engagement is to provide technical expertise in IT project management to an information technology (IT) project funded by a grant awarded to Micronesian Legal Services Corporation from the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) pursuant to the 2019 Disaster Supplemental Appropriations Act, which provided special federal funding for survivors of Typhoon Mangkhut and Super Typhoon Yutu in the Northern Mariana Islands, among other natural disasters throughout the country. The project requires coordination between MLSC and multiple vendors and contractors through end-to-end project management including the planning, development, execution, implementation and evaluation stages. The selected project manager will work with MLSC to ensure that all grant deliverables are met. The timeline is ambitious and will not likely be extended.

Hiring timeframe: No later than February 15, 2021
Performance begins: February 21, 2021
First report due to LSC: June 30, 2021
Creation of project calendars, February 21, 2021 through December 2021

Project Completion: December 31, 2021
Final Grant Program Evaluation and Report: January 31, 2022
