We are seeking to contract with a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple media-centric projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met while also balancing customer’s satisfaction. Your will also take the lead on projects, delegating and tracking tasks, and managing the productivity of your team(s). In addition, you will be the focal point for communications with your customer, managing regular status meetings, remediating issues and managing risks. In more detail, the Project Manager will have:
- Proven project management experience, preferably in public cloud-based Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience in managing multidimensional projects.
- Exceptional people management, interpersonal, and communication.
- Strong organizational skills are essential to handle the many activities the role encompasses.
- The ability to focus and understand customer needs with a Client First attitude
- The ability to balance customer demands with internal business requirements.
- Great team player
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Organize and plan project tasks schedules, coordination of resources, issue management, risk management and project schedule development and maintenance.
- Customer communication focal establishing weekly status meetings updating progress, highlighting upcoming deliverables and dependencies, identifying project risk and mitigation approaches, identifying and executing change requests as needed.
- Work with business development and executive leadership to refine project bidding, estimation for improved delivery methods.
- Responsible for successfully delivering client-related digital transformation projects across Support Partners global clients.
- Run complex projects/programs from design and development to production
- Create and deliver project work plans and revise them appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular status updates to clients on project progress, respond to and manage escalated customer issues concerning system hardware, software, and overall functionality of Support Partners deliverables.
- Identify resources, negotiate availability and assign responsibilities
- Manage resource deployment for project activities either on-site or as part of the overall project delivery
- Work with the other project managers to make sure good project development life cycles are adopted
- Be a good communicator with stakeholders, both internal and external
