  • Lead and/or participate in meetings with staff to conduct business needs assessments for ASIS projects. Document business needs and requirements. Translate the business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Develop & review these with staff, technical vendors, and IT to ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly defined to all parties. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to address gaps in systems and processes.

  • Perform business process mapping and document workflows working with internal stakeholders across the organization. Identify areas for improvement and work with the business unit to develop KPIs and measure the potential improvements. Collaborate with technology staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement improvements.

  • Support the creation of SOPs for new business systems and new business processes. Collaborate with all levels of staff in enhancing SOP documentation across the organization. Help staff to understand how their processes interact with others at ASIS.

The most successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business-related field and at least 3-4 years’ experience supporting technical or business projects as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or other project support function in a corporate setting; at least one year managing cross-functional projects.
