We're hiring a senior-level Project Manager to join the Forum One Team in Arlington, VA! Successful candidates for these roles are consummate, experienced professionals that will lead a five year, multi-million dollar IT contract within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) family of agencies. The project manager will lead the project from conception to completion in the areas of Drupal website development, operations and maintenance, and the development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise IT systems that promote and protect public health, safety, and technological innovation.


*This position is dependent upon the awarding of the contract which is expected in February/March 2021*


What you’ll do:

  • Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.

  • Provide overall managerial direction for a specific project.

  • Manage ADP services and support operations that may include multiple task orders.

  • Organize resources to support multiple concurrent task orders and manage the execution of those task orders.

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all project support activities.

  • Conduct oral and written communications with the Program Manager for planning and control of the project or multiple, concurrent task orders.

  • Communicate with all levels of Government management personnel, other contract personnel, and customer agency representatives.

  • Formulate project feasibility studies, determines costs, and ensures conformance to work standards.

  • Assign, schedule, and review work of subordinates including subcontractors.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.

  • Assure the proper use of current or requested programming, testing and documentation techniques.


What you bring to the table:


  • 10+ years of related functional experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with the ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance

What would be nice: 

  • PMP Certification

  • Involvement on IT projects supporting systems within HHS and/or at FDA preferred

  • Hands-on technology experience with the ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts

  • IT experience using technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Drupal, open-source technologies, Oracle, Coldfusion and/or similar technologies

  • Experience leading Agile IT projects

  • Agile Training or Certifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Federal contracts
