Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support through ownership and project documentation and facilitation of project team communications.
Project Solutioning support
Management of small project portfolio including client engagement
Procurement management by raising BOND carts, PO and tracking
Risk Management by tracking risk and issues and keeping records on project or program level
Maintain Risk register
DS&P Management via tracking status of project
Financial Management and raising invoices, billing, expense reports, adjustment notes and credit notes
Forecasting, reporting analysis and reconciliations and preparation of accruals
Subcontractor and Vendor management
Execution of change management
Resource management and preparing WML, UAL, SOD for engagements
Collate and present project reports and discussed with senior management on monthly basis
Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, resource utilization is monitored.
Tracking time sheets for resources and dealing with GD /offshore resources
Accounts administration includes account closure, account registration and many more.
Handling KCO, KCFR, DRA and RRA
Use of Microsoft suit

Certified Project Manager (PMP or Prince2)

Good Team Player with Ability to Lead
Quality Oriented
Analysis & Problem Solver
Computer Skills: Proficient in Internet Skills, MS Office Suite.
Client Services - identifying customer needs and providing solutions, successfully applying company policies


Preferred skills - the ideal skills you would like the candidate to have
Scrum Master
Knowledge and / or experience in the Financial Services sector, Government Sector and Telecommunications sector
Willing to take responsibility for delivery of all aspects of assigned Projects.
Experience of managing projects lasting from a few weeks to 12 months plus
Ability to work to tight timescales and key milestones.
Highly numerate and analytical.
Creative thinker, excellent communicator and influencer.
Experience in managing IT projects.
