The NHHEAF Network (also known as New Hampshire Higher Education Loan Corporation), a nonprofit organization founded in 1962, exists to empower students of all ages and backgrounds to discover and achieve their education and career goals. The NHHEAF Network provides a continuum of support for students, including college and career planning, counseling and resources, scholarships, private student loans, loan servicing, and default prevention.

The NHHEAF Network is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Concord, NH - based team to oversee and manage the organization's enterprise project management function in support of achieving our strategic goals and objectives.

Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will monitor, analyze and evaluate current and proposed projects to help identify the best sequence, combination, and cadence of projects to meet organizational objectives, leading and managing individual projects as assigned.

This position will also be responsible for supporting and enhancing a company-wide culture of project management best practices - for standardizing how projects are managed (with an emphasis on agility), and for creating and maintaining a PM framework that fosters a unified, detailed view of enterprise projects that includes a system of centralized reporting and dashboards for full line of sight into key project management metrics for project leaders and Senior Management.

Projects at the NHHEAF Network could include (but are not limited) to enhancements to our physical facility, deployment of new technology, or process improvement and innovation.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding communication, organization and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and to interact and build partnerships across all levels of the organization. This person will be adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing projects simultaneously.

5-7 years of experience in project management, including proficiency with project management software, and implementation of project management methods, tools and resources is required. A PMP certification is highly advantageous but not mandatory for consideration.

To allow for hands-on partnership and collaboration in the necessary project-based work, this position will work a hybrid schedule that includes a combination of remote and on-site work at our Concord NH location, and will include a varied schedule with some possible evenings and weekends based upon business needs.
