Project Manager (Engineering) for Automation & Robotic Systems LLC in Southfield, Michigan. Duties: Develop and utilize project timelines and assure deadlines are met for multiple projects; Manage programs to ensure implementation of customers' specified objectives; Manage quotation development including engineering service hours and cost analysis for new automotive launches and engineering changes; Track program status against schedule, budget, and gateways; Understand and utilize the APQP process from concept through launch; Identify and implement continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; 5+ year's experience in related roles in the Automotive industry; 5+ year's experience in International Quality Standards - documentation and compliance; 8D and PPAP documentation; and Kaizen and Lean Management.
