The Project Manager (PM) will drive projects through the full project cycle, managing multi-disciplinary teams across the Aramark organization.  The PM is responsible for communicating project plans, creating and reporting out project status and identifying and raising any issues/risks to the project.  PM will utilize project planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint and other project tracking utilities.  This position reports into the AVP of Finance PMO.

The PM will apply his/her knowledge and skills to a range of activities; compose and facilitate the overall timelines utilizing project management methodology and deliverables. This position requires strong relationship building skills and a comfort working with all levels in an organization.  In addition, strong analytical and problem solving skills and a proven track record of consistent project completion are a must. 


The Project Manager  will be responsible for these activities, but not limited to:

  • Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of an organization. 
  • Perform sophisticated analysis to support the planning, design, development, and delivery of continuous improvement and performance initiatives
  • Communicate project plans and project status updates, issues/risks to the project team, stakeholders and management
  • Enforces compliance of project management methodology and deliverables
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Proven track record of managed delivery with consistent timeliness and quality outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Report and communicate project successes, risks, and status to leadership and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers, cross functional teams, vendors and management using exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Anticipate needs to accelerate results.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to change.
  • Project management duties for assigned projects including proficiency in MS Project and other technical tools
  • Responsible for execution of continuous improvement efforts by focusing on end to end business processes to drive efficiency and customer engagement
  • Ability to introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals


The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Formal Project/Program Management certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt required
  • A minimum of 4 years of business experience, including working in the areas of demand planning, productivity, efficiency, and/or supply chain operations
  • Industry focus or client industry focus would be ideally from a consumer-facing business, or a service-driven business, although additional industry experiences would be considered.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, financial and problem solving skills
  • Strong and dynamic presentation and communication skills.
