The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

**What youll achieve**

As a Services PM, you will be responsible for delivery of the standard project plan with minimal direction and coordination of standard project plans for projects with medium complexity and risk. You will work with external clients/customers from project initiation through delivery and ensure customer happiness to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).


**You will:**


+ Managing the assigned IT infrastructure and/or IT related projects ensuring they meets all of the company's requirements.

+ Manage scope, budget, risks, issues and inter-dependencies of the projects.

+ Create and manage the project plans from inception to project closure

+ Present weekly progress reports, budget utilization and projection to management and project steering committee.

+ Manage the project team members (both internal and vendor) involved in the project execution.

+ Chair the project meetings and steering committee meetings.

+ Ensure project objectives are aligned and met and projects delivered within budget and agreed timelines.

+ Ensure adherence to the company prevailing change management processes.

+ Provide input for revenue forecast and manage project financial health.

+ Make management aware of potential issues or customer escalations and provide updates on performance. Optimally coordinate cross functional project teams.

+ Be the point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement

**Essential Requirements**


+ Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent, with certification in ITIL and PMP preferred.

+ Minimum 6+ years relevant experience including successfully completing 3 to 5 IT Infrastructure or Technology related projects of reasonable size and complexity across regions / geographies.

+ Reasonable understanding of compute, storage networking, cloud technologies.

+ Understanding of architecture and design in storage, server / cloud / security technologies.

+ Strong leadership skills, team player with strong communication skills.

+ Possess critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form.

+ Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently and technically competent in carrying out tasks.

+ Good communication skills with ability to interact with business & technical subject matter experts.


**Desirable Requirements**


+ Bachelors' degree

+ Related technical certifications: ITIL, PMP
