Delta Point, Inc (DPI), a bio/pharm sales training/consulting organization is looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent client projects.

General Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the execution of day-to-day activity, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard. Tasks may include:
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
    • Communicate project objectives and success criteria across stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
    • Lead internal and client-facing status meetings and key touchpoints to keep team focused and on-track
    • Create agendas and meeting summaries for project status calls
    • Oversee multiple projects for one or more clients
    • Collaborate with other PMs to manage resource schedules
    • Create and execute project plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Consistently demonstrate active problem resolution
    • Manage relationships and deliverables of third-party vendors
    • Handle all necessary medical/legal/regulatory submissions for client projects including referencing, annotations, monitoring and tracking
    • Coordination of production, video and other third-party partners, as needed
    • Develop expertise with the project management tools and ensure team members are using it correctly
    • Anticipate project risk and mitigate as needed; identify opportunities for improvement
    • Provide final QC review of every project asset before delivery to client; relentless attention to detail
    • Participate in development of client assets, as needed, using strong PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe skills

The ideal candidate for this key role will possess:

  • 5+ years project management experience in an agency or working with an agency in a client environment
  • Industry experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Education, Adv/Marketing Agency (dealing with pharma/med) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Gantt charts, Smartsheet
  • Veeva/PromoMats experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out in any way possible
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Executive presence
  • May be required to travel domestically and potentially internationally
