A Project Manager is sought by Making Sense Technologies, LLC in Plano, TX to be responsible for organization, including: Human, technology, and other type of resources; collaboration and communication tools; processes such as development (e.g., Agile), requirements gathering, and deliverable approval. Planning: Facilitation of planning for a set period of development, such as a scrum sprint. Also high-level planning for relatively longer periods such as releases. Execution monitoring: Controlling that tasks and activities are executed in a timely manner with the expected quality, identifying and solving issues, and managing risk (e.g., escalating critical issues and risks). Expectation management of project stakeholders, to ensure everyone understands project status, issues, risk, and how each participant can assist. Human resource management, both physically collocated and geographically distributed. Financial management, including budget monitoring, reporting, and negotiation as required. Administration, including time tracking, invoicing, reporting (e.g., profit and loss). A Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field with five (5) years of experience in the job offered is required or in the alternative a High School Diploma or foreign equivalent and seven (7) years of experience as a Project Manager with an IT related company is required.
