The Cloud Application Innovation group is searching for a Project Manager, responsible for the following:
  • Works with the organizations to plan and manage the contract business objectives.
  • Establish, maintain and provide guidance to the contract management processes and tools with emphasis in governance, change management, deliverables, issues, risk mitigation and client satisfaction.
  • Interfaces with client and IBM business units to provide guidance to contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage and assess contract business performance and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Works with the organizations to manage and meet the contract business objectives.
  • Perform proposal Quality Assurance reviews.
  • Participate with Business Units with innovation and strategic planning.
  • Work with the Business & Contracts director on the financial provisions of the contract including invoicing, financial reporting
  • Manage the Cost reimbursement process.
  • Point of contact for DHCS audits
  • Work with DHCS and DHCS designated auditors on audit requests

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualifying experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be experienced with Project Management methodologies, compliance and strategic planning
  • Prior Project Management, Contract Management and Public-Sector experience
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience for a government or private sector healthcare payer
  • Broad and extensive experience (more than four [4] years) of increasingly responsible professional accounting or auditing experience, as well as Contract Management experience.
  • Experience in PMO management , Costing and Audits


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
