Organizational Overview:

Advise is a physician-aligned Medicare insurance agency that focuses on the primary care doctor - patient relationship above all else. Advise specializes in helping physicians meet their Medicare growth and retention goals through our high touch ‘concierge model’ that utilizes physician-branded outreach and education year-round to engage senior patients in their healthcare choices.

Role’s Purpose:

The Project Manager of Strategy and Growth at Advise will be responsible for the organization and execution of various internal and external facing projects and deliverables supporting Advise’s business development efforts. This includes working with internal/external stakeholders, developing project plans, setting deadlines, communicating with leadership about the state of projects, ensuring projects stay on track, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.

Skills needed to be successful as the Business Development Market Analyst:

• Organize internal efforts across various departments to complete projects or find solutions to client concerns
• Ability to create, implement and manage multiple project plans
• Ability to report on project progress, offer viable and creative solutions and opportunities as they arise, and implement those solutions
• Ability to support both internal and external meetings by capturing outcomes, action items, and identifying risks across projects
• Strong background and experience developing presentations and other external-facing deliverables for clients
• Develop, update, and maintain presentations for C-suite executives on Advise’s capabilities and offerings
• Develop strong internal relationships to understand strategic priorities and help implement growth strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5-6 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• PMP Certification strongly preferred

• Experience working with primary care organizations or within the Medicare insurance industry preferred

Travel Requirement:

As needed; 15-20% throughout a year
