In respect of our business model and our different policies and procedures in place, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects to achieve contractual and commercial targets. He is effectively managing and leading the project team, while enforcing health & safety standards.  Projects mainly involve designing, supplying, and installing baggage handling systems and cargo systems worldwide, but other types of business segments may also be involved on occasion.  The incumbent will be required to spend time on site as dictated by the schedules.  Travelling in different countries is part of the job, and that being said, of course, a vaccination completed status is mandatory, as it is now a requirement in several airports of the world.

  • Provide overall management from project start to completion in accordance with the project drawings and specifications;
  • Manage all aspects of the project including schedules, budget, labour, equipment, materials, health & safety, risks and project performance;
  • Monitor progress and financial performance of each project;
  • Establish effective working relations with consultants, subcontractors, and all other parties that may be involved in the various projects under his responsibility;
  • Prepare periodical project billings;
  • Lead project site meetings;
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of trade unions, their agreements and stipulations;
  • Conduct regular site reviews;
  • Liaise with clients, project owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Prepare and submit periodical reports to clients;
  • Deal with all day-to-day correspondence and manage project paperwork;
  • Maintain efficient schedules for field and office work, while ensuring that deliverables are provided to clients on time;
  • Offer sales assistance on new opportunities, when necessary;
  • Prepare and offer the training to be given to the users;
  • Facilitate an environment of trust, openness, integrity and honesty and prevent conflict or contractual issues arising, or resolve them by mediation or negotiation;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Degree in Business Management or related studies;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, in the construction field;
  • Mechanical and electrical background preferred;
  • Ability to lead and supervise employees; subcontractors, or a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer oriented mindset;
  • Business acumen;
  • Judgment and resourcefulness;
  • Integrity;
  • Team player;
  • Can work overtime from time to time;
  • Rigorous and methodic;
  • Must have access to a car;
  • Valid driving license;
  • Valid passport;
  • Capacity to travel and be out of the country (from time to time, for several weeks or a couple of months);
  • Computer savviness (MS-Office);
  • Covid-19 completed vaccination status;
  • Bilingualism (French and/or Spanish language an asset);
  • PMP certification (an asset).
