Project/Service Team Leader

1.Tests, repairs, and services a variety of systems and equipment which may include security, fire alarm \u0026 life safety, and/or building automation.\u0026nbsp; This is a line position that is a hybrid field- office-based and is responsible for supporting Service Specialists with resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.\u0026nbsp;

2.Identifies potential service risks, communicates to appropriate parties and assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize impact

3.May provide custom systems integrations, detailed systems upgrade planning and execution, systems audits and consultation, and/or database management and manipulation. \u0026nbsp;May install, configure, and support a variety of network systems and equipment for assigned work orders.

4.Identifies potential service risks, communicates to appropriate parties and assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize impact and to control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

5.Works closely with the Service Coordinator, Service Supervisor or Service Manager to assist in the overall coordination of specific work orders; makes recommendations regarding quality of work and potential changes in scope, and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

6.Oversees overall site management of service for successful and timely completion.\u0026nbsp; Works with Service leadership and Service Coordinator to ensure effective scheduling and customer satisfaction.

7.Supervises Service Specialists in the field.\u0026nbsp; May perform managerial responsibilities including but not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; performance management; planning, assigning and directing work.

8.Coordinates and directs subcontractors including directing on-site activities and verifying quality assurance standards.

9.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
