- Installs, programs, and tests a variety of commercial access control, video surveillance, intrusion, fire, and intercom systems.\u0026nbsp; Provide related customer training and acts as key interface for technical support, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager and assists in the overall coordination of specific projects including supervision and oversight of subcontractors and installation work; makes recommendations regarding quality of work and potential changes in scope and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Executes all the technical aspects of multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets. May be asked to prepare project deliverables such as equipment submittals, marked floor plan drawings, training documentation, and close-out documentation.
- Works with the Project Management, Specialist, and subcontractor teams to deliver assigned projects effectively, qualitatively, and within budgeted cost and time schedules.
