1.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Coordinate with Project Managers for assignment and scheduling of Specialists.\u0026nbsp; Properly align specialists / installers to project tasks according to specialist\u0026rsquo;s skill set.\u0026nbsp; Verify that appropriate licensing or certifications are in place prior to starting a new project (e.g. electrical licensing, local jurisdictional licensing, etc.)

2.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responsible for maintaining high level of quality and safety assurance.\u0026nbsp; Field checks include inspecting work quality and methods and ensuring adherence to safety programs/standards.

3.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Provide training and development planning and implementation for Specialists.\u0026nbsp; Deliver technical training as well as soft skills.

4.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Supervise Project Specialists, Installers and/or other team members.\u0026nbsp; Recruit and hire colleagues as required.\u0026nbsp; May perform managerial responsibilities including but not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; performance management; planning, assigning and directing work; project budget.

5.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; First level of technical support coordination for Specialists.\u0026nbsp;

6.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Provide high level field support for urgent or troubled projects.\u0026nbsp; May perform high level programming for specific projects.

7.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Ensure processes and standards involving Specialists are properly implemented.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; This includes turnover from Project Managers, proper red-line / as-built information provided from Specialists, timesheets (completed and approved on time), JHA\u0027s, Daily Reports, etc.\u0026nbsp;

8.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responsible for instilling a safety-conscious culture within the team and crew.\u0026nbsp; Ensure all relevant and required safety training and safety certificates have been obtained (e.g. safety cards for a particular jurisdiction, CPR, First Aid, OSHA certifications, etc.)\u0026nbsp; May coordinate with other colleagues and/or leaders in order to achieve full safety compliance.

9.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Ensure Specialists have proper tools and equipment and that they are maintained properly. This includes field/hand tools, as well as cell phones, vehicles, etc.

10.\u0026nbsp; Participate in internal pre-bid review meetings and project turnover meetings.

11.\u0026nbsp; Proactively coordinate and communicate with Operations Managers, Project Managers, Engineers and other CTC / CDC resources as required to support customer satisfaction and the overall financial success of projects.

12.\u0026nbsp; Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
