Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

Responsibilities

Coordinates planning and execution of current and future manpower/resourcing requirements both for initial program staffing and as each work request is approved and funded by the client throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Coordinates with Peraton Talent Acquisition team recruiters to ensure proper program team members promptly review and validate candidate technical and business skills, required and desired experience and certifications (if required) and alignment to the financial plan for the program and for each work request and approves candidates to proceed to the interview stage; following interviews coordinates with recruiters for an offer or rejection and coordinates final hiring decision recommendations for Peraton team members to the Program Manager.

Coordinates with each Teaming Partner (subcontractor) company to monitor and report on progress towards workshare allocations and spot-checks candidate resumes for alignment to functional requirements and certifications prior to approving subcontractor team members for use on the program.

Coordinates with Peraton subcontractor administration team for funding for each subcontractor provider and manages any necessary changes to subcontracts and funding documents.

Leads staffing checkpoint calls with recruiters, subcontractor program managers (or delegates) to monitor progress towards achieving initial and ongoing (for each work request) manpower requirements and escalates with each manpower provider as necessary.

Monitors staff losses and coordinates with each provider for prompt replacement with qualified candidates.

Monitors each providers ability to promptly staff and replace team members as necessary and balances the portfolio of providers according to their achievements or lack of achievements towards workshare allocations.

Performs daily updates to staffing tracker tools and reports weekly to the Program Manager on staffing status. Initiates program-specific onboarding actions and facility security office actions for incoming team members.
