The RTE\u0027s major responsibilities are to facilitate the Agile Release Train events and processes and to assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Ideally the candidate will be SAFe and/or SCRUM certified, with several Agile releases on record.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages and tracks program-level execution and PI feature delivery, escalates impediments and risks (produces reports). Manages and tracks ART-level metrics and score card.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDrives program-level continual improvement and consistency across Agile Release Train via retrospectives and Scrum-of-Scrums forums.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborates with other RTEs for resolving prioritization, conflicts and synchronization.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEstablishes Program Increments calendar. Plans and facilitates the Program Increment planning event.
