Sales Operations Administrator

  • Create sales orders and proposals in company ERP system.
  • Provide Account Support Management, by acting as the liaison between the customer and our Company regarding addressing service issues, project tracker updates, providing requested reports, etc.
  • Work with Sales Directors to input correct information.
  • Work with Supply Chain to request new items to be set up.
  • Understand the requirements needed to complete contracts so that they flow through the system correctly.
  • Approve contracts with signed documents and/or POs.
  • Request Certificates of Insurance.
  • Respond to inquiries from Sales Directors.
  • Create templates and PowerPoint presentations, with input from Sales Directors.
  • Sales metrics reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned.
