Assist Sales Manager in the following responsibilities: Drive administrative booking process (with our booking administrators) to completion by following up with sales colleagues, administrative staff, and Operations (including PMs) to ensure all questions and requested information is progressing to successfully book the job in a timely manner. Manage outside marketing and sales events through coordination with key technology partners, event staff, internal colleagues, and catering services - if needed for the event, Schedule, track and maintain partner meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team and customer events.

  • RFP Bid Assembly and Pre-Qualification Documentation Management: Assemble, update, and retrieve all documents pertaining to RFP, bid assembly, and Pre-Qualification requests in partnership with a sales colleague
  • Complete all necessary Pre-qualification documents by working directly with sales colleague, marketing team or sales manager, Ensure all documents are approved through our Legal administration, if necessary.


Lead management: Prepare, track and maintain incoming leads from marketing, email, Convergint Out-of-Territory Tracker and other sources on an internal Smartsheet designated for Chicago.\u0026nbsp; Actively manage the lead pipeline and facilitate action to move action items through the process efficiently. Maintain Account Segmentation (Existing Account Tracker) report. Work with sales colleagues to ensure all account assignments are visible to the team and ensure these accounts are updated in Spectrum or any necessary system for visibility.


Administrative experience and working with high performing, dynamic teams is a critical factor for this role.\u0026nbsp; The sales landscape changes quickly, this individual must be an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage a demanding workload.\u0026nbsp; The ability to pivot and think outside of the box are critical skills and an overall mindset that is desired for this role. The ability to work across multiple departments with keen interpersonal skills are desired attributes for this role as well.
