We seek experienced field service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking equipment including alarm systems, CCTV\u0027s, pneumatic drive-ups, VATS, ATMs, vaults safety deposit boxes, etc. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:\u0026nbsp;

• Acts as \u0026ldquo;our customer\u0026rsquo;s best service provider\u0026rdquo; at all times, prioritizing and completing all service calls and preventive maintenance daily.
• Uses solid troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Communicating service schedules and outcomes with customers in a timely manner.
• Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
• Escalating issues and reassigning service calls as needed.
• Maintains a high level of industry knowledge through training and certifications.

What You\u0026rsquo;ll Need\u0026nbsp;

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Technical skills and experience related to electronic security and/or other systems interfaced with same.
• Programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
• Ability to travel locally with occasional overnight travel
• Valid driver\u0026rsquo;s license
