Identifies and reports problems or discrepancies both written and verbally. Verifies security system(s) are functioning correctly by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting/documenting problems. Interacts with the building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and after completion of the testing process. Reviews and documents for compliance with applicable life-safety codes. Reviews and understands equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, basic programming, and testing requirements. Documents testing results. Reviews and tests sites listed under UL account requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required. **What Youll Need** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority items simultaneously and successfully.
