Security Systems Installer
- Install and service electronic security equipment - Burglar Alarm, CCTV (NVR, DVR, IP \u0026 Analog Cameras) and Access Control.
- Ideal Candidate will be factory trained in DMP, Bosch or Ademco Alarm Systems \u0026 Verint / Marsh / Hanwha DVR systems.
- Security Systems Installer will be able to program Burglar alarm systems via PC laptop software and/or alarm keypad.
- Security Systems Installer will be able to program NVR/DVR\u0026rsquo;s \u0026ndash; to include enrollment of IP cameras and programming the DVR on basic recording attributes (FPS, Image Quality and Resolution type).
- Understanding of computer networks: VLAN\u0026rsquo;s, switches, Power-over-Ethernet in regard to security equipment
- Extensive experience with IP CCTV systems
- Prepares for alarm, video access installations by reviewing installation orders; gathering equipment, supplies, and tools; working with schedulers to coordinate schedules with customers
- Proficient at installing, wiring, and troubleshooting alarm and video systems (DMP, Bosch, Pacom, Verint, March Networks, Exacqvision)
- Follow all mandated safety procedures
- Represent Company in a professional manner and always support the best interest of the clients
- Maintain and operate a company vehicle in a professional and safe manner at all times
- Be our customer contact for all post installation issues
- Provide technical assistance to other service team members and customers as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools
- Knowledge of local codes and cabling
- Perform customer training on system operation
