Position Summary: \u0026nbsp;Under moderate supervision, the Banking Specialist is responsible for routine and non-routine installation, repair, rebuilding, replacement, programming, and service for moderately complex electronic equipment and systems. \u0026nbsp;Installs equipment and services/supports existing customers by responding to service calls, audio and video equipment.


Job Responsibilities:


1.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of non-routine systems and equipment for electronic projects.\u0026nbsp; Systems include but are not limited to all manufacturers of audio and video equipment related to banking.\u0026nbsp;

2.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces all components of remote, audio and video equipment.\u0026nbsp; May install, configure, and support a variety of network systems and equipment for assigned projects.\u0026nbsp; Performs preventative maintenance as needed.\u0026nbsp;

3.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responds to moderately complex customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after-hours service calls on a timely basis.\u0026nbsp; Work assignments are varied and may require originality and ingenuity in some situations.

4.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Identifies potential project challenges, communicates to appropriate parties and assists in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

5.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Inspects completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable manufacturers and customer specifications.\u0026nbsp;

6.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Executes all work in accordance with State and local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.\u0026nbsp; Uses strong troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software systems.

7.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Acts as \u0026ldquo;our customer\u0026rsquo;s best service provider\u0026rdquo; at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer\u0026rsquo;s first choice for service.

8.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Communicates with and works with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center, and company.\u0026nbsp; May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques and standards as well as suggestions for product improvements.

9.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Keeps up to date and informed on all company policies.

10.\u0026nbsp; Presents a professional image of Convergint Technologies at all times in appearance and behavior.

11.\u0026nbsp; Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
