**What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience**
+ Responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in all lines of business including service and installation solutions for new and/or existing customers.
+ Prospects and develops new client relationships within a defined geography and in line with Convergints identified priorities.
+ Develops and increases Key and National Account relationships to drive increased market share and sales opportunities.
+ Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
**What Youll Need**
+ Strong sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.
+ Shows initiative engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
+ Very adaptable responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Solid knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles.

**Requirements:**
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years account development, sales or equivalent
+ 3 years of experience in 1 of the following: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
