What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

  • Sell core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects, and evaluate and target potential customer opportunities within the marketplace.\u0026nbsp;
  • Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets (e.g. education, health care, industrial and commercial buildings).
  • Translates a wide variety of customer needs / requirements requiring originality and ingenuity into detailed proposals and project plans to meet Customer requirements.
  • Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in customer contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service and other customer requirements as they arise.
  • May coach and mentor developing colleagues.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

  • Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing sales \u0026 service opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to business changes with the ability to influence others.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate\u0026rsquo;s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred

\u0026nbsp;

Minimum\u0026nbsp;Experience: 5+ years of previous account development, sales or related experience required. 3+ years of experience in one of the following required: electronic, fire alarm \u0026 life safety, and/or building automation
