The primary responsibility of the role will be to manage the overall authentication strategy for the Fraud team and also manage the monthly business updates and BAU reporting needs (internal \u0026 external).\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDrive the authentication strategy and future capabilities across channels\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage web/mobile challenge strategies\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPhone channel authentication tools and effectiveness\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage overall execution of critical customer impacting processes in collaboration with strategy/infrastructure teams\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECredential Compromise Reissue Process \u0026 Controls\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDebit Compromise Reissue Process \u0026 Controls\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EWork closely with the Application and Portfolio Strategy teams to mitigate Fraud risk by closing any authentication related gaps\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborate across the organization to leverage enterprise infrastructure around authentication tools and keep up to speed with future direction\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESupport BAU Dashboards and Fraud business reporting and develop next generation reporting package\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrepare periodic written reports \u0026 presentations for senior management to update on business performance\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages root-cause analyses on fraud cases.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops prevention and detection strategies, leveraging data, analytical methods, and vendor solutions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIdentifies fraud risks and vulnerabilities associated with products and processes.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESupports the development of fraud prevention technologies and enhancements of operational processes.
