Plan and execute enterprise-wide D\u0026I communication, working with Training and Development to deliver impactful learning and development resources. Influence and support business and Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives to align to D\u0026I strategic plan. In collaboration with key stakeholders define and deliver KPI reporting; work with leaders to support and adjust initiatives according to periodic KPI reviews. Work with HR Leadership to align HR initiatives with key D\u0026I strategies and objectives. Work with external partners to accelerate Discover\u0027s D\u0026I efforts and initiatives.\u003C/p\u003E Responsibilities \u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDrives the development and execution of enterprise-wide D\u0026I strategic and operational plans, including implementation, performance and measurement of results ensuring key initiatives are carried out. Influences key stakeholders to execute and operationalize strategies.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMonitors and disseminates metrics data to assess progress against D\u0026I goals and objectives. Leverages and interprets metrics and data to build on D\u0026I strategy and continually improve programs. Decides what programs to invest in based on strategy, goals and metrics.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAdvises and empowers senior leadership, communications, and HR COE\u0027s to effectively integrate D\u0026I into sustainable business strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensures recommendations and opinions are considered and assessed. Advises on whether or not to incorporate recommendations and actions for implementation.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EInfluences key business partners such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Training \u0026 Development to create an inclusive hiring process, build candidate pipelines, and develop high potential diverse talent\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECoaches and mentors Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership on developing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that support the D\u0026I strategic plan and objectives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPromotes and supports D\u0026I\u0027s overarching strategic goals and objectives through developing and implementing enterprise wide communication strategies. Understands and identifies key business partners to help execute and operationalize the strategy\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the coaching, hiring, firing of team members. Provides oversight and direction to staff. Manages the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ERepresents Discover externally by sitting on panels and participating in external events. Builds relationships with other companies and organizations to share best practices and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
