As an Imaging Senior Program Manager, you€™ll be working with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and across the company to lead initiatives that focus on Imaging operations integrations, studio capability expansions, and studio topology to drive Imaging€™s unique elevated content experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects with the ability to quickly ramp up on core competencies within Imaging€™s systems, processes, and workflows. You will lead key work streams that support our product and program roadmaps. You€™ll use data to guide decisions and dive deep to understand areas of standardization and optimization, translating findings to business requirements and project plans. We€™re looking for a leader who can deliver results in a sometimes ambiguous environment, and balance priorities to evolving customer and business needs.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Manage and prioritize program lifecycles, often complex and cross-functional, and deliver projects to achieve goals that impact one or more organizations
· Define new programs, scope, set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements quantified with one or more metrics
· Tactically collaborate with and drive teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
· Apply relevant tools and mechanisms to drive and measure progress
· Partner with various stakeholders including legal, operations, and technology
· Communicate status to all stakeholders including through regular business reviews, and escalate issues when required
· Identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs


· 5 years+ of program management experience.
· Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-functional programs
· Decision maker and complex problem solver; a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions.
· Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
· Experience with data mining and data analysis
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau
· Bachelor€™s Degree
· Up to 20% travel required (when it's safe to do so)


· Master€™s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience with program management methodology including PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen
· Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
· Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
· Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
· Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives
· Executive level written and oral communication skills
· A passion for photography, fashion and design, with expertise in photo processes and video and/or 3D and other elevated imaging content.
· A passion for innovation and raising the bar in teams, technology and projects.
